Create and film a visual comedy

1. Create a new page in your Microsoft OneNote notebook from Task 1.

2. Create a storyboard for your short film.

3. On the following page, put the heading Film shoot, and include information about where and when you will shoot your film and the props you will need.

4. Working with a group of your classmates, decide who will be the comedian, the camera operator, and the director, and then include this information in your OneNote notebook.

1. You can shoot your film with the webcam in your laptop, a mobile phone or a video camera (USB/SD card/Memory stick).

2. Use Adobe Premiere Elements to edit your film.

As your film does not have dialogue, think about including appropriate sound effects and music to enhance the humour in the film.

• Jamendo – artists allow anyone to download and share their music

• Wavcentral – has free sound effects and music.

When you have completed the film and its soundtrack, show it to your classmates and ask them for feedback.

If necessary, make changes to the film and add a link to it in your OneNote notebook.
